Hi All:

I'm back, getting my documents ready to file. My conditional green card expires December 01, 2010 so I would be eligible to apply from September 1 onwards, here are a few questions if someone can help.

1) Can we highlight our names in some of the documents

2) How did you guyz arrange the documents. Starting from marriage to now or starting from now and going back. I mean which document you keep in front and which at the back.

Good Luck to all those who filed, Soon we would be starting a September thread....

Best of luck to you both. I highlighted our names in the documents as per the suggestion of my lawyer. It helps the adjudicator identify the joint documents much easier. Look at my signature in my ROC and you will find what I included in mine. Also, I used tabs to separate my evidence. I was a divorce waiver with no interview. Good luck.

Keep in mind it is 90 days rather than 3 months, so if I'm not mistaken you are eligible to submit September 2. Good luck.

Yes, please highlight the names.

Example :

Document - What was highlighted

1. Original Tax Transcripts - Our names, Address, SSN, Filing Status

2. Joint phone records - Our names, Address

3. Copy of Lease - Our names, Address, SSN

4. Copy of Bank Statements - Our names, Address

etc...

Also, I arranged everything in descending order. Example ; tax transcripts of 2009, 2008

bank statement - July 2010, Jan 2010, July 2009 etc...

Hopefully this answers your question. Good luck !!! B-)

Hi adonis1, I am in the same boat as you. Me and my husband are preparing our docs. My husband received his letter stating he will need to file the I-175. His 2yr conditional visa expires Dec 6, 2010. So we will send it off Sept 11, 2010. Thanks for everyone's input on preparing the documents with supportive evidence. Very detailed.
