Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone knew if there was a way to have everything sent to my fiance's address once it is sent back because I will more than likely be on deployment to the middle east when it comes back. Is this somethign that is against the rules or how does it work. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't see why the gov would charge you extra postage. Generally they have set envelopes for mailing out and have already paid postage on them or use electronic postage codes when mailing.

As I said before they see this all the time. You just need to attach a detailed letter about deployment and why the mail needs to be sent to her and not you. It helps if you have your order sheets to staple to it as well or a letter from your shirt stating upcoming deployment.
