Letter of Intent to Marry (header)

Hi everyone! My fiance and I are about to start the process. We are still collecting the documents we need so that we can send the I-129 F packet as soon as possible. I noticed that the address where to send the packet recently changed. So, what would be the proper header for the "letter of intent to marry"?

Is this correct?

According to the template (in the example), indicate the "USCIS service center address", but I am not sure which address we need to place in the header. The "2501 South State Highway 121 Business Suite 400 Lewisville, TX 75067" is the Dallas Lock box facility. My fiance will be sending it from NY.

Dallas is only the intake facility to insure a more uniform acceptance process.

The address on the letter should be the Vermont Service Center since that is where your I-129F will be adjudicated based on the NY residence you mentioned.

You know, it isn't such a big deal if it is Texas or Vermont, it is the content they want, but Vermont would be correct.
