Coversheet or Cover Letter in Front

With regards to Affidavit of Support assembly, James Shortcuts say to put the I864 Cover Letter first, followed by the barcoded cover sheet.

However my barcoded coversheet says: "Please attach this page to the front of the documents for this case

and mail to ..."

What is the correct order?

I know James Shortcuts were created in the past, so it is possible that the order has changed.

I do not want to put the Cover Letter in the front of the package (Page 1) if the Barcoded Coversheet needs to be Page 1 instead.

Does anyone remember what document they put first ?

So this means you edited the Cover Letter so that it referenced only the documents that occurred after its place in the stack? Or did you edit the Cover Letter so that it was inclusive of all documents (starting from the very first Page 1 - barcoded coversheet)?

I will reply to you in the evening by looking my file. Right now I am in the office (most accurate is in VJ :-)).

I scanned the file just couple of days back and saw that the barcoded sheet was on the top. I have entire exact set of photocopies of I-130, AOS, IV etc. that I mailed to USCIS in my records.

Thanks guys - I called the NVC and they also confirmed to put the barcoded coversheet on the very top !!!
