hello how is everyone on this lovely evening i am currently in the process of getting together my i 129 visa and just have so many questions to ask before i actually send if off my first question is can you still get married if your finace is on a student visa and next question after marriage what do he have to do to get permently resident i have asked several question and have received great answers thank you everyone

Hi kylewife, I can suggest that you look into the Adjustment of Status forum here in answer to your second question, but am quite clueless regarding the student visa situation, is it a k1 Visa you are petitioning for ? if so this link will have all your answers :)http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/300-general-k1-guides-and-info/
