Greetings to all... i do need more info from who have experience this...

This is my situation...

Our case I-130 was Reaffirmed and we do have interview coming...

Question.. what should we be expected at the interview

2, Do we need to pay Visa fee again after we have already pay for the 1st time before reaffirmed

3, Do we have the chance to get Approve this time

Please any additional info we be appreciated.

Being reaffirmed means they can not deny you for the same facts as the first time. They can however try to find new facts to deny again. That being said it is much rarer to be denied the second time.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

I am not sure as to the exact trip up for your first interview. But lets assume it was the classic bonefide relationship. If they based that on records you presented they may now go do a home visit and try to prove that your wife hasn't told the neighbors about the marriage. Usually they are not that crazy to deny because a second denial opens them up to more legal liability

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

my thoughts to you is to try and find out what they denied you for the first time, and gather more documents and information as possible to prove that you have a bonafide relationship. Im so sorry, but Lagos Consulate is very tough. Good Luck.
