If you are just preparing to send in your I-129 application then I think it is a waste of time. I did not submit any conversation or email with my application, they are more concerned with seeing you both met in person within the last 2 years. Pictures, plane tickets and passport stamps are the standard and have more weight this early in the process. Later for the interview the conversations might come in handy and you will need to translate them since they are not in the language where the interview is going to take place. Also 150 emails seems like an over kill, submit a dozen or so covering the last year up to the interview date but also more pictures and other documents like regular mail. Something I am constanly doing is sending my fiancee post card, birthday cards or just congratulations cards by USPS so the consular office can see proof of ongoing relationship and by using the USPS I have an undeniable proof of date item was sent.
