Ok So the Vermont Service Center received my rebuttal for my husband's CR1 visa denial on June 11th, now that we are at July 20th and I do not have an answer yet should I be concerned? I know they have 60 days so by August 11th I should hopefully be reaffirmed but I am now worried. I have seen people on here be reaffirmed in Vermont within a week or two lately! Thanks in advance for any light you can shed.

We went through the CSC, but maybe this will help. Have all your rebuttal documents ready before you even get the NOIR. We only got 30 days from the time it was issued. There was 4 days lost due to it being mailed and add a few days to mail it back, that will leave you with about 23 days to get the rebuttal ready.

You should already know some, if not all, of the issues the CO had with your case from the blue/white slip your SO got. Address everything on the NOIR, don't leave anything out. Be forceful in your rebuttal.

Are you checking the site to see if it has been "touched" mine was touched everyday for about a week any way this isn't much but keep in mind July is prime vacation month so maybe they are working short staff I hope you hear soon. Good Luck
