Dept of State Fee changed effective 07/13/2010.

Please read the below link if you pay to NVC for IV ($330+$74) and AOS ($88) fee. I-130 fee is still $355.

It will be useful to IR1/CR1 and related filers.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I'm not totally unconfused yet...Will the IV fee still be paid as one fee? Or will it have to be submitted separate ($330 first, then $74 later)?

NVC will send the invoice when you are at NVC stage - you can pay it accordingly.
