Sendo que normalmente a gente diz que foi "touched" quando a data do update muda mas não muda o status, ou seja, olham seu processo, mas não há um update de verdade, um RFE, NOA, approval, etc.

Eles disseram que mandaram um e-mail mas não indicam em relação a que seria este?

E... esta la no site que o last update foi na quarta e que eles me mandaram um email ,mas ate agora eu nao recebi nada.Nao falaram nada sobre alguma coisa vindo pelo correio.Eu tenho que pedir pro Chris todas as datas pra eu colocar la no meu timeline!Eu sei da data da entrevista,data de entrada e datas que eu mandei o AOS,thats it.

Muito obrigada gente!!To meio desesperada porque mandei tudo ha quase um mes e ainda nao recebi nada !Liguei la e eles disseram que estao sobrecarregados e e pra eu esperar ate o dia 24 e ligar de novo se eu ainda nao tiver ttido noticia!To tao ansiosa porque eu tenho que ir pro Brasil em Novembro e nao sei se com essa demora meu travel document vai sair.

quando que vc mandou o AOS? Eu ja faz 7 meses e meio e nada. Sabe que nao da pra dar uma estimativa correta. E tudo muito random. Eu vejo gente que entra e depois de 1 mes ta aprovado, e gente como eu que alem de ter que esperar tem que pagar pra fazer o medical tudo de novo mesmo eles tendo dito que o medical que eu tive no Brasil valia por 1 ano. E tudo louco, nao da pra entender. Tem que ter paciencia mesmo.

Eu lembro que no dia que a gente foi fazer o biometrics eu li na parede que estava na media de 8 meses pros casos serem aprovados, eu ate falei pro Charles olha so, 8 meses e ele nao vai levar tudo isso, eles so estao fazendo uma estimativa. Pra que ne? Acho que deu azar ter aberto a minha boca.

Nossa ,Nessa eu to ficando louca! Acabei de olhar la no forum do AOS e tem gente que mandou a papelada depois de mim e ja sabe o dia do biometrics...Eu mandei no dia 19 e ate agora nadinha.Fico morrendo de medo do correio fazer alguma besteira e perder minhas coisas!To ficando ate meio chata,o Chris fala pra eu ter calma e esperar ate o dia 24 pra ligar de novo!E muito louco esse processo mesmo.Conversei com uma menina ontem e tudo dela demorou so 56 dias.Queria saber qual o criterio que eles usam pra determinar se uma pessoa precisa de entrevista ou nao.Vcs tem alguma ideia??Tenho visto muitos casos de medical perdido...isso e um absurdo!!!

Criterio? Duvido que eles tenham um criterio. Acho que depende do humor do cara/mulher que pega os teus papeis. Com certeza quem pegou o nosso estava com TPM :yes:

Eu nem me importo muito com a demora porque nao ter o AOS finalizado nao me afeta em nada. Tipo, eu to aqui com meu amoreco, eu posso trabalhar, dirigir, levar a minha vida como se eu tivesse o AOS, nao faz diferenca como a espera do K1 fazia diferenca pois eu nao podia estar com ele e tal.

Meu packet (K1) a ser entregue no port of entry nos EUA chegou hoje com o passaporte, visto e tal! Tô mó feliz!

Mas o pacote veio um pouco danificado (levemente rasgado, uns 4 cm) na base. Alguma luz? Isso pode me dar problema? Que devo fazer, please?

Dá prá tirar algum documento de dentro do envelope com o rasgadinho? Se não, eu nem me preocuparia. Agora se o rasgo for muito grande que dá prá tirar ou pôr alguma coisa dentro, aí pode dar problema.

Luciano... como a Alix disse.... o meu tambem tinha um rasgadinho no lugar que cola o envelope , sabe ? uns 4 cm tambem.. me falaram que eu so precisaria colocar um durex para nao rasgar mais ainda e nao tive problema nenhum quando cheguei aqui..
