Marcela, eu não recebi papel nenhum...minha situação era crítica...muito pior do que a sua....o cônsul já estava falando em waiver comigo para você ter uma idéia...Conheci uma menina que recebeu um 212 também e depois voltou com um dcto que estava faltando e eles emitiram o visto...Eu liguei para lá durante os três dias que fiquei sem resposta e no último, fiquei sabendo por telefone!!! Essa espera mata né?! Quais são os dctos que você terá que providenciar? Você pode falar aqui? Tem um tópico aqui no VJ sobre o 212 você leu??? De qualquer forma estaremos todos aqui na torcida para você viu?! Beijosss

Meninas, hoje fiz meu boimetrics. Tranquilíssimo. Não durou nem 6 minutos e não tive que pagar nada. Tinha lido em outro lugar que tinha que pagar 70 doletas mas não tive!! Boa sorte para vocês que já mandaram o AOS e para as que ainda vão mandar!!

O meu biometrics foi um mission...tive um corte no dedo e tive que reeschedule, ainda bem que o pessoal la era o mais bacana possivel...era pra ter feito dia 16 mas nao deu mesmo...e tambem nao paguei nada na hora, pos ja tinha pago junto com o AOS.

Ah esqueci de dizer, ainda deixaram eu escolher minha melhor foto pro meu EAD...lol:P

O problema é que o gerente dele manda o pedido pra empresa principal, que manda a carta de volta. Ele já pediu de novo então vamos ver no que vai dar, da outra vez foi bem rápido.

Só pra esclarecer Jana... o meu é o 221(g) (que é dado quando algum documento extra precisa ser apresentado), e não o waiver 212!

Vou juntar tudo que tenho por aqui e conto pra vocês depois! Eu to tão cansada..... quero que isso tudo acabe logo.

Latest steps:

10/26/2006- Consulate receives case (seriously, one month to receive the case?? BS!), and packet 3 that I sent even before they had received the case.

01/02/2007- Interview!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a 221(g)

01/23/2007- Second Interview. VISA granted!!!

01/29/2007- VISA arrived.... no envelope though. I'm gonna contact them and see what happened this time!

01/31/2007- I'll have to send them one last financial support evidence.

02/01/2007- Evidence sent

02/02/2007- Evidence received by Consulate

02/06/2007- Consulate sends envelope!

02/07/2007- Envelope received!!!

02/10/2007- Flew to the USA!!!!!!

04/17/2007- Wedding day!!!

Como eu morava em Teresópolis (e não tem Citibank), apenas uma hora do Rio, eu fui a Rio um mês antes fazer o exame médico e aproveitei pra ir no Citibank, e aí na véspera da entrevista não tive que ir cedo pro Rio pra pegar banco aberto.
