After NOA1, are cases seperated by regions of the beneficiary?

Yes I am fairly new to VJ. We have our NOA1 at 7/26/06 and are very confused by seeing that some March people are not approved but I have seen on VJ that some JUNE people have been approved??? Some say it is because of the new I-129f IMBRA form but what gives about the earlier people? Is it REF's besides IMBRA or are these petitions seperated by regions and some petitions are slower because of where the beneficator lives?

Don't waste brain cells trying to make sense out of a senseless process. William33 uses dice... that's the most accurate appraoch I've seen suggested thus far.

They're all put in a pile, not necessarily in order. Some take longer due to name checks/slower ajudicators/other priorities in the dept etc.

Again, there is no rhyme or reason to this process and trying to figure it out will only make you bonkers.
