filling a cr1 after k1

Timeline

we had our k1 visa send back to usa , so since we dont believe that they will do any thing instead of let it expire

so we decide to get married :wow: , but we worry if we file cr1 visa , did it will effect us ??????

especial we will do that after the case sent wit 5 days ?

and how to begin now since our k1 still under process and in its way to usa ????

any body had experience like that before , and did they mange to get cr1 visa after they k1 case go back to usa or denied ???

06-15-2008 : my fiancee first visit to me ( stayed 3 weeks ) .

06-23-2009 : my fiancee secound visit me in Egypt ( stayed 6 weeks ).

06-28-2009 : ENGAGED

10-29-2009 : I-129F Sent

01-27-2010 : my fiancee 3rd visit to Egypt ( stayed 6 weeks ) .

02-09-2010 : travel with my fiancee to turkey in a vacation (5 days)

05-25-2010 : my fiancee 4th visit to ( stayed 2 months ) .

06-03-2010 :Interview Date .

Interview Result : approved ( ya right ! )

07-01-2010 : we got a letter had my passport and over the visa stamp says ( canceled without prejudice )!!

06-29-2010 : case sent back to usa !!!

07-07-2010 : MARRIED

01-12-2011 : the letter state the k1 case is expired , and ther was no prob to file back for any kind of visa

04-25-2011 : my wife here now visiting me in egypt for 2 and half mounth yayyyyyyyyyyyy

05-18-2011 : travel with my wife to malaysia in a 1 week vaction

06-14-2011 : register our marraige papers in cairo

after i had 2 interview 1st december9 2nd january 14 our case for k-1 was send back as well in january14 and it reach USCIS office by march18 we got married in february 22 and we got this notice on july 10.......... your I-129F pitition for Alien fiance was returned from the American consulate or embassy to the us citizenship and immigration services uscis because the consulate or embassy decided not to issue the beneficiary an immigrant visa at this time uscis has administratively closed your I-129 petition and has sent it to storage because the original validity dates on this I-129F petition have now passed the action of storing this petition is without prejudice to the filing of any future petitions or applications if you wish to re-file another I 129F petiton for your fiance you may do so with the correct fee and supporting documentation so im assuming they gonna do the same thing with yours good luck though yahya and marie

thanks alot but would you put the years beside the dates you use please .

i guess we going throw the same man .

but would you tell me if this effect your cr1 application or any thing make it more hard ???

1st interview....................................12-09-2009

2nd interview...................................01-14-2010 it was sent back

reach USCIS....................................03-18-2010

notice from USCIS ........................07-10-2010

as for your question i dont think this gonna effect our CR-1 because like you see in the dates its already expired and this is suppose to make it easier as long this CR-1 was filed for the same petitioner and beneficiary we won't give up we gonna show them this time

Bad assuption.. VSC has been allowing rebuttals and CSC has been allowing expirations..

Bad assuption.. VSC has been allowing rebuttals and CSC has been allowing expirations..

scottthuy our k-1 petition went through VCS and we didn't have the chance to do nothing about it it was under review when it was send back and then we got the notice stating what i wrote above i go from my own experience
