Why would you address it to the NC Service Center? There are only 2 service centers that handle K1's, either California or Vermont. You base the filing location on where the USC petitioner lives.

To all!

I am making my letter of Intent to get married in 90 days when i'm in U.S. and i cand find the address of USCIS located in North Carolina. Please somebody help me.... i needed ASAP...

If this is for the initial K-1, address it to USCIS and it is included with your K-1 package. North Carolina sends to

USCIS

Vermont Service Center

Attn: I-129F

75 Lower Welden Street St. Albans, VT

05479-0001

If you are sending the letter for the embassy package (ex. I-134), address the letter to the US Embassy

* Charlotte Field Office.

This office is located at: 6130 Tyvola Centre Drive Charlotte, NC 28217.

* Raleigh-Durham Field Office.

This office is located at: 301 Roycroft Drive Durham, NC 27703.
