I am confused and need help..

Question #7 on form I-134.

7. I am employed as or engaged in the business of ___________with____________ at ____________________

and derive an annual income of $____________________

The thing is i have 2 jobs..one is seasonal the other one is not. How do i put both jobs on this question? Do i have to put an attachment?

List your MAIN job in the "I am employed as a _______ with _____" line. In the Income part list your TOTAL income, but include the pay stubs and employer letter for both. If your fiance is questioned about this at the interview, he can explain to the CO about the second job. There are many of us with more than one job or source of income, so I'm sure it's common.

I have two jobs as well, one is full-time and one is part-time. I listed mine as:

employed as or engaged in the business of _Full-time job / Part-time job__________with_FT Company / PT company___________ at ___FT address (not enough room for both)_______ and derive an annual income of $__full time + part time = total__________________

I also wrote out an addendum to explain the situation and will provide letters and paystubs from both jobs.

It would be best to add an Additional Sheet and list both jobs and companies. You could combine the income and put it in the single line for that Annual Income question.

Sign and date any additional sheets to avoid problems at the interview.
