I864 Quick Question

Marching along down the road and ready to send in my I864 in but have a quick question. Within the I864 package which now comes stapled together the last two attachments are I-864A Contract between Sponser and Household Member and the Sponsors notice of Change of Address. I know this is a silly question but I have that shread of doublt (LOL) because the instructions are very specific on submitting all pages in corrrect order and stapled together.

My question is I don't need either of these forms. I have no need for a contract with a household member. its just me and I meet the income guidelines, nor do I have a change of address to report. Should I just submit the complete package with these two attachments left blank? of should I N/A them? or remove them?

The reason why I'm a tad nervous is because they have all these warnings now that incomplete information or incorrectly assembled will be returned for corrections and cause delays. That "D" word is always a heart stopper.. :-)

Rest easy If the I-864 is all you require then that is all you need to send. The other 2 are only sent to you in case they are relevent.

I had the same worries when sending those in. They can make it so confusing. But you are right. If you meet the income guidelines and have no other household members then you don't need to do anything with those forms.

I hate the wording on the I-864 A its so confusing to figure out what they want. The actual I-864 was pretty easy. But I-864A the wording isnt good for me.
