Hey guys!

I am on the process of gathering my documents and forms for my AOS. I have a concern about our marriage certificate. I wanna know if we can send a photocopy of the marriage certificate or we need to submit an original copy? I'm asking this because when we photocopy the certificate, a word VOID appeared all over the photocopied ones. Need help before we send the wrong ones and get an RFE afterward.

God bless,

Mish

I submitted a certified true copy.. it is also a copy but has a stamped on it. You can go at the court where you had your marriage license and ask for copies.

Still not the AOS forum. This is the US Embassy and Consulate Discussion. Not appropriate for AOS.

Naturalization N-400
