Hello to all July filers!!

I have been quiet for a long time. My dear hubby was here with me in Aug./Sept. and so I was "offline" for a while :P had that Do not disturb sign on the door knob/email/phone/skype :lol: Now trying to catch up with things around here. I see that this thread has grown since last time I was on, threre were about 11 pages, now there are 60+ that's a good thing, a warm wellcome to the ones that joined us lately :star: How is everybody else doing? Loto, Bia & Cip, Timol,Skynaut?? Congrats to LOTO!! I see you got your NOA2!! You'll get that interview date before the end of this month,you'll be with your family for the holidays! :dancing:

My case was basically dead until 2 days ago, we got transfered from CSC to Texas, also got 2 updates; one on Nov.2nd and one today!

Is wonder what that means?!? We are already over 4 months ...

Nice to see everybody back!

I just saw a separate thread regartig this(CSC moved to TSC), so it seams we are a lot!!! I hope it's a good sign!

Now I have a question ; since we were originally a CSC # assigned (like WACxxxxxx) will it change because now it moved to TSC??

I am wondering how they picking petitions to transfer. I have no updates. Anybody also from July still staying in CSC?

Well i looked 10 case before my receipt number and 10 cases after and there were 8 cases that were transferred to Texas. That makes it 40% a huge number of cases for Texas. I dont know if they follow any pattern or is it randomly done.

I am almost out of TSC blackhole.

Marriage : 2010-06-27

I-130 NOA1 : 2010-07-14

Transferred to Blackhole : 2010-11-02

NOA2 : Feb 15, 2011

NVC:

2/25/11 - received case number, IIN, and gave e-mail IDs.

2/25/11 - Send DS-3032 E-mail

2/28/11 - I-864 (AOS) bill invoiced and paid

3/01/11 - AOS payment status "PAID"

3/02/11 - DS-3032 : Email accepted

3/04/11 - IV bill invoiced (e-mail at 2:30 AM) and paid

3/07/11 - IV payment status "PAID"

3/08/11 - AOS and IV packet sent

3/22/11 - AOS in the system and reviewed that triggered false RFE for IV packet

No, it's not bad that we didn't get transferred..you never know, they might not be done..I believe it was for each officer/adjudicator's case load..and not so much, which country or date. Probably officer #6 has a backlog of 10..so they sent 3 of his to texas. my guess...and it tries to make sense of this crazy process.
