Soon we will enter the NVC process. My wife has a Police Clearance from her City. But I am hearing that she may need an NBI clearance which is not the same.. Does anyone know which is required? She will have to make a long travel to apply for an NBI clearance.

Thanks, I hope someone has an answer.

NBI clearance required. Police clearance is only required if she stay out of the country and stayed there for more than 6 months. But it's not a police clearance from the Philippines but a police clearance from that country.
