When we called the Call Center for Ukraine today, part of the recorded message states that the DS-160 has replaced a number of other forms, including the DS-156, as of February.

The online packet, however, still has the DS-156 and DS-156k. How are these affected? Should she fill out the 160 and the 156k, or ????

See here under Fiancee Visa Information Packet: http://ukraine.usembassy.gov/visa-forms.html

You still use DS-156 and DS-156K. You don't use DS-160 for K visas in Kiev

Ditto that.

NON immigrant, K visas (fiancee visa) use the DS 156 form. The fiancee ONLY also fills out the DS 156K. A child of the fiancee (K-2) does NOT fill out the DS 156K.

FYI, in Kiev, any MALE applicant (K-1 or K-2) age 17 or older also needs the DS 157 form.
