Thanks Ant! I'm a bit sad this is my last Canada Day in Nunavut and (likely) my last Canada Day as Canadian resident. I sure hope I'll be able to travel to Canada next year...Canada Day is my favourite holiday.

Also, while I have your attention (muahaha), can you tell me how you changed the wording under your icon to say "Life is an immigration journey!"?

JlovesA-Aww....Don't worry, I'm sure you'll have many other Canada Days to come. After all, you can always visit Canada, regardless, even after you move to the USA. Actually, I found that I missed Canada more after I moved out of it than when I actually lived in it...Lol..I guess we miss what we don't have, I suppose....

And since you're going to be in Michigan, you can probably travel pretty often back to Canada, which is a good thing too. And on that note, Canada will always be with you, even after you move....;) Meanwhile, enjoy all the time that you have in Canada and enjoy the celebrations too!

In answer to your question: You have to get a certain amount of posts (1000, I think) on VJ in order to edit your message under your icon/avator...Keep posting, and you'll see this new option available under your profile settings to edit such. I have 500+ more posts to go before I can change my tagline...maybe I'll just start making up questions to get more posts. "Hey guys, sorry if this has been asked before but...can I visit during the K1 process?"

I'll be living less than 2 hours from my hometown when I move to Michigan so I plan to make the trip for Canada Day every year if possible. I'm spoiled, I know.

Happy Canada Day everyone! I am sad to not be able to go home, but ah well. I will instead trot around downtown (there's a special arts thing that happens in the evening every 1st Thursday of the month, which just happens to be tomorrow!) and will be wearing my Canada shirt!! haha
