It does appear that the ds 160 is a new form designed to replace the 156, 156k and 157. I have included the link from the manila embassy. It is all completed online.....

My interview date is on the 28th as well. The email confirmation is out of date and K-1 is a non immigrant visa so from what I've read, you should still stick with the DS 156k, DS 156 and DS 157. I filled them out yesterday.

from what I've seen posted by members having interviews after May 24th, the DS 156, 156k and 157 is still being used for K Visas at Manila Embassy

All K-1 fiancée visas use the DS-156, the DS-156K, and the DS-157. Do not use the DS-160.

If you click on your link to the USEM web site and look at the bottom of the DS-160 article, you will notice a link to "Frequently Asked Questions" on the Department of State web site. Click on it and read question #13. K-1ers do not use the new DS-160.
