A friend had his work visa interview in London today, said he had to wait 5 hours to be seen so it sounds like it's a busy day there.

His interview lasted a whole 2 mins!

10 year Green Card received, Next step is citizenship urgh!

When you meet the one you want to spend the rest of your life with,

you can't wait for the rest of your life to begin

What about Jenart as well? Haven't seen a post from them.

Hi there - nice to know you are thinking about me (us).

Everything went so easy - I will write soon and let you know all the details.

Briefly we went to the embassy 1 hour early (9.05 - for interview at 10) they sent us to the fast queue. We were in by 9.17 - we were called at 10.25 to give in our documents then - did fingerprints and was asked to go sit down to be called again. At 11.45 we were called again and by 12 were finished and paying our courier service fee - 14.50 pounds for group of 2 people.

We now await our visa - passport and 'mystery' envelope.

Will write in more detail when I have time. Just wanted to let you know that our processing is now at an end - WHEW!!!!!!

For detailed timeline - click on my name - then read our story

It was very busy. I waited 3 hours. I'm about to post my London Marathon.

Love hurts

When you live an ocean away

When you change your sleep schedule to catch a few more moments

When you really need to be held and you have to imagine whilst your partner describes it

When you constantly refresh the USCIS website to see if you're getting any closer

Love Loves

When it repays you with the love of your life

When God finally answered your biggest prayer

When you can live life again in the real world but still have that eternal connection

When you wake up for to the beginning of the rest of your life with the person you fought so hard for

When you love somebody that much

You'll do anything
