I am happy he has decided to waive his rights to the extradition hearing in JA, cause that would be a long drawn out battle that would most certainly create a lot of tension and anxiety that JA. Besides, I want him to come to the U.S and sing like a canary and expose the dirty politicians for who they truly are.

If I use my godmother as my joint sponsor her and her husband file taxes together but she makes enough for the 3 of them so she just has to fill out the I864 and her husband doesn't have to do anything? Does the I864 have to be notorized?

It is my understanding that the documents do not have to be notarized... What do the instructions say?? Maybe someone who has just done AOS has a firm answer.
