OKAY ladies need some assistance

How exactly do I get started with this K-2 Visa process??????? Been reading a few threads, but they say so much that is different for specific countries. Do I need to file the I-130 first or should I contact the consulate? HELP :help::help:

Did you list the child on the K1? If so, you should still be within the 1 year period that I believe you can just email the embassy and ask for the interview appt.

You need to email the embassy and give them your case number and tell them you are ready to proceed with the k-2. It goes really quick you don't have anything you need to file. You will just have to send down the same paperwork you did when hubby went to his interview. You will have to send in a DS230 and once they receive that they will set up the interview date. You will have to provide a new affidavit of support but the first step is to email them and tell them you are ready for the k-2.

Sus you and I are on the same page again this morning! LOL

Morning all -

LadyC, sorry to hear you are having problems still - I agree that counseling is a good idea, and you and G need to get on the same page - You have to present a united front or the behavior won't change. You might want to browse around on some of the parenting forums, like http://forum.supernanny.com/ - Sometimes it helps to read what others have tried / success or failure.

Good luck today Bajan - waiting for the good news!

Thank You

THAT'S IT!!!! I AM CALLING NANNY 911 on that boy!

Seriously I really feel for you and I know you are frustrated beyond belief. There is only so much a person can take especially if you aren't getting the support you need from his father. Have you guys discussed sending him back to his mother?

Hi Dills

We have talked about it but you can tell in G response that he wont be happy if we do. So if we do send him it might start a new one for me and G. Girl I might call Nanny 911 myself.

Sisters from another mother mister, lol

There, I fixxed it

Good morning all. I have to go back and read to see what I missed, good thing it has been slow on here.

Lady C. I do not know what to say on that note. I can't stand disrespect, so I know you are ready for some heads to roll. Maybe yall can try some counseling or something. Girl I am not the one to give advise in that situation, cause if it were me, the little man would not be able to sit down for a few days.....you feel me.

I am not sure how the K2 process starts. Eric is suppossed to be checking on that, but I guess I will have to take charge of that as well, like everything else.

Job searches-- Try everything. Monster.com, yahoo jobs, usajobs.com, sunday papers have a lot of jobs, Unemployment office, craigslist, even try driving to somewhere that you are interested and ask. That is what Eric did all of the above.

Sorry for your loss MissusM09, I just went through something similar a few months ago. I am still feeling the heartache. It does get better as time goes on (F)

Oh and Finesse Please have a drink for me. Lord knows it is five o' clock somewhere and I can't drink. Eric have his little drinks in the evening and I just wanna slap the cup out of his hand........but then again that would be alcohol abuse, wouldn't?

gotta go do a little work will be back in a few

 thanks for the encouragement love... I didnt try to paper so let me look into it

Hello Yardies (F)

I heard back from the Congressman on Friday...

Our K1 is dead. :(

The embassy sent the congressman a letter saying the only way we are eligible to file a waiver for his specific ineligibility is if we are married.

The K1 visa case has been closed, and the letter stated no further action could be taken...

So... Now, I got 40 days to plan a wedding! m04114.gif

Does anyone know the difference between a Marriage Certificate With Entry Number and one Without Entry Number?

which do we need??

Im sorry to hear this.. if you need help with anything and I can help you just let me know (L)

Hi Yardies sorry i have been away for awhile now. I hope everyone is doing great. Congrats, prayers and good luck to anything i have missed. JaP you can do it girl. Congrats and Good Luck.

Well here is my up date...Jaheim has moved to another level of evil. Some may not like me saying this but it is what it is. This child will put me in jail soon enough and he knows what he is doing. My hubby cant seem to control him and he cant seem to understand my feelings. He has turned my life upside down. My friend that used to watch him no longer wants him in her home because he is so disrespectful. He told her 5 year old son that his mom was so big and fat that she cant fit in my van. My husband said nothing, no punishment nothing he just went and sleep and when he woke up he was mad at everyone because we said he should have done something. Well now my hubby and my friends are not on speaking terms and I am in the middle. G says he is my husband and they are just my friends. The smoke is still coming from my ears. Moving on everything I do as punishment G undo. He treats Jaheim as if he is a baby. When he dont want to eat G sits and feeds him, this child looks at me like I am sh&t under his shoes and do not say good morning or anything. Well on Sunday his mother called him and he took the phone into the closet between the clothes and proceed to disgrace my name. I told his mother that I never ill treat my kids and I dont ill treat hers the pickney just dont have no F'ing manners. G did nothing or said nothing. Im so pissed I just want to runaway. My 19 year old had to step in and explain to G that he is wrong. Im at my ropes end with this situation. ****Help***

I know Im going to offend people when I say this but send this child back to Jamaica sis. You don't need this. You've raised your girls. If G can see it nor understand it SEND JAHIEM HOME!!!! You have absolutely tried your best with him and to no avail no change. How can you raise a child who you get no support from his own dayumm fadda *kissteeth*. Your time with him is done.. He got to go!!!

It would be different if you didn't give it your all, but you have to think about your daughters too. This is not fair to them nor you. Im here if you wanna talk.
