Just read the article Sus.

Very interesting, sad but many people find themselves in that predictment.

None of his three choices is the best.

I know people who got married when the granted an reform in 2001 if you married a US citizens.

They married but did not complete there application because they did not have enough money to file. SIGH!!!!

So, here is my rant of the day:

1. I have PMS

2. The hook on my pants is loose, and popping open each time I move

3. I go back to the periodontist today

4. I walked in this am to 4 new litigations and a new class action

5. The IT byatch in my group screwed up one of our systems, and when I asked her to fix it she told me to go ahead and do it since I have admin access, she simply doesn't have time for routine maintenance - First, this is not routine maintenance, you screwed it up - and second - it's HER FRIGGING JOB!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow that's sad - the reform in 2001 wasn't only marriage related - I have a ton of friends who got their greencards when they passed - I lived in a neighborhood of UK illegals at the time

Yes, it was marriage based, he marry a US citizen. And if I understand correctly he was dealing with a lawyer and paid the lawyer a portion of the money, so because he never paid all the money to the lawyer he never sent of the package. HMMMPPP they missed the deadline.

I know another couple who got through too.
