Although this book seems a bit cheeky, it has a lot of decent, slightly flirtacious phrases that are suitable for a husband and wife

I have that book too

I brought my Hans Wehr dictionary to Morocco expecting my husband to bring it back with him, but he left it. :(

I recently bought the Arabic-English/English-Arabic Al-Mawrid dictionary because I wanted a dictionary that went both ways this time. I think it is easier on the eyes but certainly isn't something you can throw in your purse like the Hans Wehr dictionary. It doesn't use the root system like Hans Wehr, which has its positives and its drawbacks.I have this little one too Wortabet's Pocket Dictionary which I don't think much of.

My parents have a decent number of Arabic language resources which I always try to pilfer, but they always end up taking them back before their vacations.

I think this weekend I will have to start labeling things... it really is a good idea.

You know all of you that have too much to do, and here I sit surfing the web! Wish I could pitch in cuz I am boooorrreeeeddd!!!!

Next week our system is down for an entire week for upgrades. Glad I am leaving on Thursday cuz I am tired of having nothing to do. I get paid pretty good for doing nothing, but this is madness!! I want my old job back before my promotion!!

Okay some of you have already gone home for the day, I am jealous, I still have 1 1/2 hours to go!

Noura

never got a chance to rest... I went immediately after to pack up stuff at my other house... yipes!

I wish I could turn my brain off to all this.

I dont think the FBI is a suitable temp position. It probably takes weeks if not months of training along with an advanced degree..

Well, it was just a tongue in cheek kind of remark. My meaning was if you're backlogged, work OT or hire. DON'T TORTURE PEOPLE WHO HAVE ALREADY BEEN WAITING WAY TOO LONG. My aunt works for USCIS Nebraska Service Center and they are pulling 10 hour days too. No I don't work for the FBI. That concept in itself wastes me. (I'm too opinionated for my own good.) I work for a huge health insurance company substantiating claims all day long and working financial recovery.

Anyway, I was just whining because I'm miserable. I don't want to wait any longer. Hard to watch all the reunions knowing how close we came to being one of the couples celebrating just to sit and wait MORE. BLAH.

Oh well, I love my darlin and I thank god for him. He and my youngest are really building quite a little friendship. They adore eachother. Tonight I had to threaten to get the phone back! Sheesh.
