Hey guys! So the time is coming soon that my wife's son is ready to schedule his interview for his k2 visa. As far as we know, all we need to do now is call the embassy to have a date scheduled for his interview, undergo a medical exam, and provide necessary documentation. Our question is, what exactly is included in that "necessary documentation"?? Any help from anyone who has been through this process would help a lot! keep note that he's only 3 years old and his grandmother would be the one to take him to his interview. Thanks guys!

necessary documentation starts with the information in Packet 3 that your wife filled out

YMMV

You'll also need documentation to prove the family relationship with his mom, the K1 beneficiary. I don't know how choosy the embassy in Manila is about this. If birth certificates in the Philippines are pretty reliable then that might be all you need. If a birth certificate can be 'bought' in the Philippines as easily as they can in Vietnam, then you may need more.
