:thumbs: hello again everybody :D

Well i was cheking all the steps for do in our K1 visa and something pup on my mind . . the passport pictures that i gave to my fiancé are different size than his pics. . i need to send same size pics?? american size pasport pics?

Also i get a new job ,is important that i send my information about it? (im not the USC)

We recive the NOA1 in 22 of april and whe dont have nothing yet . . no moves online , not e mail, nothing!! :crying: is this good or bad? . . i know we should wait maybe one month more but . . i think my case is so quiet . . no? . . its just me? :bonk:

So . . its good idea send to him , my pics with a size of american passport? . .

What can i do :crying:

Hello!

It happened to me too. In Spain passport pictures are waaay smaller than in USA.

What i did is bring to the photographer the picture specifications you can find here in the K1 GUIDES and he was able to make it the way it has to be. Obviously i had to resend the pictures but better that than an RFE.

Pretty much any country's standard size passport photos on a white or off-white background will do for the petition but NOT for the medical and visa interview. Make sure you have at least half a dozen in the correct size 5cm X 5cm or 2 inch X 2 inch before your medical exam.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
