Pay stub and letter from employment...

I'm also using a co-sponsor... I got married on 9/26/09 and I quit my job of 4yrs and went on the honey moon and went to canada and came back in January and filed the paperwork for my husband to come over. Sooo long story short Im jobless and i have to use my parents aas sponsors, we all live in the same household. So hopefully everything works out okay, I'm just confused about the 6month paystubs, if i don't have a job how am i going to give them that.(I have stubs from my job in sept 09 and previous....or is that for my co-sponsors (parents to supply) have any idea? Thanks!

And the NVC guide also mentions having a letter from employment....lol my stress level is starting to rise again. Sometimes it's like okay I sent in my papers just waiting for a NOA2, preparing for NVC then stuff just keeps popping up and it brings you back to the stress point... I bet it's a amazing feeling when it s all over

11/xx/10: NVC Assigns a Case#

11/30/10: Called NVC provided emails/ got case# & IIN #

11/30/10: hubby emailed DS3032

11/30/10: paid AOS fee

12/01/10: AOS status paid

12/06/10: hubby emailed DS3032 again..got a confirmation same day!

12/06/10: IV bill invoiced

12/07/10: DS-3032 (Choice of agent) accepted

12/10/10: mailed AOS packet!

12/15/10: pay IV bill

01/10/11: hubby mailed IV packet

02/01/11: checklist from NVC hubby has to fill out EP for montreal!

02/06/11: hubby completed and submitted EP application.

03/10/11: SIF/ case complete=)

04/12/11: Medical completed!

04/20/11: Picked up medical...passed =)

05/03/11: Interview Scheduled @ 8AM!!! =)

05/03/11: APPROVED YAY! =)

05/09/11: Visa in hand! =)

07/02/11: POE =)=)

Your co-sponsor's will need to provide that information (although it says optional, but best to submit these items instead of getting an RFE for them later). You will state on your I-864 that you have to fill out anyway that you don't have a job right now. So they won't be expecting a letter from your employer nor pay stubs. They will just expect your last 3 years of tax transcripts or the 1040's plus your W2's and whatever else applies to your previous work history (if self-employed or not per the instructions on the I-864 monstrous packet).

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

-NVC operator says the IV package has been entered: 11/18/10

-E-mailed SUE to see if that would do anything (3 diff times...): 11/29/30/10

-Sent AOS RFE's: 12/1/10

-AOS RFE's received: 12/2/10

-Checked payment portal for fun (SIF!!!!): 12/3/10

-AVR still say AOS missing info: 12/3/10

-NVC operator says case was shipped to USE in Lima: 12/3/10

-Received interview date (12/13/10): JANUARY 6th, 2011!!

-Medical: 12/21/10- Passed :)

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)
