Tim (USC) filed the K-1 for me at the end of March. A few weeks ago we started checking our case status online. It had always said "Initial Review" until yesterday. Now it says "Post Decision Activity" and we're expecting an approval notice in the mail. Would that be the NOA2? It just seems so soon. Should I be getting excited?? :unsure:

Tim filed the I-129F petition - you will apply for the K-1 (sorry - technicality)

It sure sounds like you should be receiving an NOA2 soon! :thumbs:

I knew that. I just didn't WRITE that. :lol: Anyway...sooooo glad we didn't get any rfe's. I had been a little nervous about Tim's divorce certificate, but I guess all's well! :thumbs:
