i called today the operator told me they are scheduling the july interviews this week.All the best for those who are waiting.

i got the interview appointment on 28th july , i just called and operator told me about appointment but i didnt recieve letteroe email.

thank God.

01/26/2010: I-130 =>USCIS Chicago Lockbox

01/27/2010: I-130 received at Chicago Lockbox

02/02/2010: I-130 NOA1!! (California Service Center)

02/03/2010: Touched

03/24/2010: Touched!

04/29/2010: Text Message received -> I-130 NOA2 (Approved!!!!)

05/04/2010: I-130 NOA2 hard copy received

NVC Journey

05/05/2010: Case Received at NVC. NVC Case Number provided by AVR.

05/06/2010: Emails given to NVC Operator

05/07/2010: DS-3032 & AOS invoice fee receieved in email

05/10/2010: Paid AOS fee online

05/10/2010: Submitted DS-3032 choice of agent selection via email

05/12/2010: AOS fee shows as PAID

05/13/2010: Sent I-864 AOS Package

05/14/2010: Paid IV fee online

05/15/2010: DS-3032 email confirmed by NVC

05.03.2010 Visiting my husband for 2 weeks <3

20.03.2010 Arrived back in Germany :(

I got my interview letter on March 5,2010 so its 1st week not 2nd week......

Can you ask yer USC Spouse WHEN the interview date was set ? Is not same date as 'receiving interview letter', at all.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

03-27-2010-shows PAID bill online

04-15-2010- sent DS-230& AOS packets

04-26-2010- AVR: received both packets

05-04-2010- AOS is approved

05-05-2010- RFE on police Certificate

05-05-2010- Called NVC to request to re-check on police certificate

05-07-2010- Received e-mail from NVC- Missing document checklist

05-08-2010- sent the copy of original Italian police certificate, along with the English translation with Overnight Express mail

05-12-2010- NVC received RFE & signed

05-19-2010-AVR:received checklist response

Hi everybody ! :) Got an email today, gonna have my interview on 15th of July !!! YAY ! I hope everyone gets their emails soon, just be patient, everything will be fine. Good luck and congrats to the other ones here that received an interview date.

Text msg & email received 5/5/2014

Biometric appointment letter mailed out on 5/15/2014

Biometric appointment letter received on 5/19/2014 for May 30th,2014

Biometrics done (walk-in) on 5/23/2014

Inline for interview 5/28/2014

Received yellow letter indicating to bring to the interview ID/State DL and all passports on 7/5/2014

USCIS website status changed to ''scheduled for interview" on 7/24/2014

Received letter :interview date will be on 9/2/2014

Interview result : approved :joy:

Oath Ceremony appointment date letter mailed out on 9/5/2014

Online status changed and received letter with Oath Ceremony date for 9/12/2014
