that's ok, for that form.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

The form is not expired. Look at USCIS' site - it tells you what versions of the forms are still valid (the 'edition date') which is at the bottom of the form. You're looking at the date at the top of the form, which isn't what they go by.

Why would you fill one out? You're the visa applicant - your fiance/e is the US citizen proving his/her support of you via the I 134.

Just your fiance needs to fill it out...it's overwhelming, but from what my fiance tells me the interview isn't bad at all; much better than we were expecting. She had her interview today and was approved as long as the medical stuff comes back ok. She had it last week but they're waiting on the xray to be reviewed. Let us know how yours goes! Where is your interview at? Hers was Vancouver.
