Good day to evryone here at VJ!!

I would like to ask anyone on here about what my current boyfriend and I need to do..

I was previously petitioned (K1) by my former American fiance in 2008. I went to the U.S. in early 2009. We already had our wedding scheduled, but unfortunately, we could not agree on a lot of things, the wedding was cancelled. Though it was hard for us,(harder for me because I traveled halfway across the world to be with him :( we decided to just break up and I ended up coming back home to the Philippines after a month.

But God is so good, I met a kind-hearted, understanding and loving person. He came to see me last april on my birthday and told my family about his intentions to marry me. We're both single, he is 48 and I am 32 y.o. We've been talking for more than a year now and he wanted to have me go to the U.S to marry and be with him. He knows everything that I had gone through from my previous relationship and vice versa.

I would like to ask u guys if the USCIS will need anything else from us other than the I129 package? Can my previous petition in any way affect our application? :help:

Thanks for sharing your time.

Yes, hard to say, but if anything I think it should help. You clearly didn't go to the US "just for a green card" before.
