got laid off, what do i do support my husband for I-864

it is me again. recently, i got laid off from my job, i am scared that what if i can not find job by the time i apply for affidavit of support (I-864) for my husband. what do i do? Currently i am receiving unemployment money. can i show that as my income? who can i show as my co-sponsor for the support. my husband's brother (who is married to my own sister, not working) is also in US as a green card holder. can he be the sponsor? pls help

how do they determine the how much money is good enough for a support. i am confused. pls help

Feb 19, 2010 - Got married

May 14 - petition sent to chicago lock box

May 16 - packet recived at chicago lock box

May 18 - Check is cashed.

May 20 - I-797C Notice of action - stated that "packet is received"

Marriage : 2010-02-19

I-130 Sent : 2010-05-14

I-130 NOA1 : 2010-05-19

The I-864P is the Poverty Level Guidleine - I-864P

You can use anyone who is willing as a joint sponser (keeping in mind that their income must meet the level established in the guide for the required number of people derived).

can I show my husband's brother as a co-sponsor? (his borther is my sister's husband) yes sisters got married to the brothers.
