It means the USCIS looked at your case. You can tell if you are touched by logging into your account at the USCIS website. If it's "touched" you will see a date change.

Actually, I do. I have the threads to the most common questions bookmarked. And some times I just remember reading stuff and then I search for words I remember having read. Good memory, I guess... ;)
