Just Called NVC AVR & found out my case is complete & also log in to the "Immigrant Visa Invoice Payment Center" failed. I have 2 question :

1) How log does it take for NVC to set up an interview date after case is complete ? ( CR1 Catagory)

2) Who sets up the Interview Date ? Embassy OR NVC ( My Country : Bangladesh)

Many Thanks

My case at NVC was completed last week June 4th.I hope I get the interview letter this week.

Mine was completed on 05-28. Still no date :( . I am hoping to get a date by 06-18 ( NOT trying not to be too optimistic :) for End Of July Interview. I have called my Embassy( Bangladesh) today & according to them their process is back logged. Well I don't blame them. All lazy morons work down there (Waist of tax payer's money) :)

Is there away way we can find out about the work load @ an embassy? Or get an update from them once NVC completes a case? E-mailling the embassy or calling them really doesn't help at all ( Especially not in my case) :(
