If you need a sponser because your income does not meet the requirement who can do this? Do they have to live in the same house? Do they have to be one of my family memebers? whos address do i put my address or the sponser address?

As far as I am aware the requirements for co-sponsor are:

1) They do not have to live in the same house

2) They have to live in america (so cant be a parent in home country)

Presumably your fiancee will be your primary sponsor, so put his/her address as the primary.

No, there is only one form at the consular interview - the I 134. The I 864 is used at the time of adjustment of status.

BTW, it would eliminate confusion if you fixed your profile to indicate you're seeking a K1 (instead of a K3).

For K-1 you fill out I-134, it is basically a reduced version of the I-864

The joint sponsor can be anyone as long as they are a US citizen. You fill out a I-134 as the primary sponsor even though you don't qualify alone, and your joint sponsor fills one out with his or her own information.

Both you and the joint sponsor gather your separate evidence to back up the affidavit.
