My USCIS online case status just says it's under Initial Review and has said that from the time I first logged on

Just got my biometrics taken. I think everybody who doesn't have to go to the ASC in NYC is lucky, it took almost 2 hours... Well, not this is done and now it is waiting again...

Kaffy, to see if your case was updated, go to the "My case status" page and look at the "last updated" date. This date is the date of your last "touch".

Touched, one day after biometrics. Now I just need an approved tomorrow and I will be happy :lol:

Yeah I know what you mean but I think we are all in for 2-3 months of waiting unless they handle the June filers like they were doing in January and approving in less than 2 months. I hope the officer didn't jinx our case today when she said, "All done and you will be getting your new card in the mail." I told my husband not to get his hopes up because if there is some newbie case worker or a hard #### that gets a hold of the files they will start making things difficult. Hopefully we will all get immigration officers that like to push the files in and out then issue the 10 year cards without a hassle or a care.
