Hi, my London k-1 interview date was given just a few weeks after we sent the 3rd packet in at the start of May and the interview is on the 18th of june and the medical is on the 9th of june so its getting stressful.

I am unable to get a vaccination record from my doctor as i'm not a very regular visitor there and they don't have any record of me having any, the only vaccinations I can remember are when I was at school (im 33 now). The local authority and the main hospital for the area dont have the records that go back that far.

I'm trying to work out from the Knightbridge medical form what I need to ask my doctor for but I can't work it out. Its all yes and no and this and that.

Its on the page before last. Any help would be great :)

It's my understanding that there are only three vaccinations required

TDAP (or TdAP or whatever)

MMR

Varicella (This is chickenpox, and having it before is usually enough)

Sometimes Flu shots get people tripped up in the winter. Nik got his, but re-reading the chart, it looks like most adults don't need that either.

All i did was print off that vac list and took it into my Gps office. The nurse went through it with me.

Most of the vacs i had when i was young at school.

I was offered Meningitis although i could have refused. It was free! so i said sure hoi it in!

Now im currently having the Hib vacs.. In double shot form since one you pay for and the other you dont but as a doubler its free. 3 sessions of these.

Then she will give us the flu jabs.

My advice is just take your list and let the Nurse figure the rest alongside you. Let the professionals do the sorting and you just think of England and stick your arm out.

Thanks I think I will do just that and print it out so they can see it. I have been up there and got a form to start off with :)
