Hello everyone I am very happy but at the same time very nervous. My husband went up for his interview today and everything went well except for one thing they say I dont make enough money to support him and my kids...so my sister and her husband said they would help me out but what exactly do they need to provide? Please anyone that can help me would be greatly appreciated.

They need to fill out the form and provide proof of income.....last 3 years tax returns and current paystubs (I sent last 3 months paystubs).

Was an RFE given at the interview (221g form)? What exactly does it say?

Since you said husband I must assume you are in the CR-1 process.

If that is the case the correct document would be the I-864 along with the required proof or income.

You can get it from the USCIS website with the instructions

http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864.pdf

Did you not do this when you filed for AOS? It's the same form.
