Ive been reading about cases from CSC being transferred to VSC to help with the IMBRA backlog. How did this information come about??? Did people receive notices saying they were being transferred to VSC???

I'm crossing my fingers and toes, hoping that all of my fellow March filers, sent back NOA2, and people who have not received thier RFE for IMBRA will be approved this week or get the information they need. I know how depressing it is, but when I was ready to give up, I would log onto VJ for some support and read everyone's posts. So please remember that all of us are thinking of you and yes you will be approved and move onto the next stage some time soon.

I *think* transfers from VSC to CSC refers to I-129 petitions for K3s. So far I think all we've seen is K1s transferred from Nebraska and Texas to CSC. If they do transfer, they send 3 copies of the same email indicating the transfer and then one hard copy in the mail.

I am so excited for tomorrow!! I have very high hopes. Less so for myself because our RFE receipt date is much later in July, but I want to see approvals for everyone! Much like the excitement of seeing your kids on Christmas morning - you already know what they will get but can't wait to see them get it! And just maybe there will be a present in there for myself too ...

I am in the situation. I got asked last night 'why do we have to suffer so much' instead of just being together and happy. It tears me apart inside. That mixed with the frequent tears as she is expaining 'i just miss you so much, you just don't know'. The the worst part is I feel GUILTY for this process and its not my fault. It just hurts to know she is hurting.
