Hey everyone,

Wrote about this in a previous thread...but now getting more nervous...

I sent in the I-129F application on July 19 to CSC. It was received (USPS delivery confirmation) on July 21st.

I haven't heard anything since. The check hasn't been cashed.

Has anyone out there sent in their application to CSC after July 21st and have already received their NOA1?

Anyone in the same boat?

Any advice on what to do? Send in a new application? What happens if they get around to processing the first one? Will we now have 2 in process, causing them to invalidate each other?

Does anyone suggest that we call CSC? Will that result in any answers?

Thanks for any and all advice in advance,

Do not send a new application - you'll just be starting all over again, back to the end of the line and wasting your time and money- plus you would have to withdraw the other one. Things are very slow now due to IMBRA. Give it a solid month for your NOA1 to come. You know it was received because you have USPS confirmation. Keep an eye on the bank account for the check to be cashed. Don't bother calling . . . that will result in total frustration.

Sit back and relax - it will come and this will be the beginning of your extended test of patience.

Did you use delivery confirmation?

Yes.
