Hi,

I sent my documents (letter of intent + G-325A) via the regular mail. I put it in a stronger envelope than usual and used tracking service.

My fiancée got it without any problem.

If you don't trust the Italian post service you can use a special service (FedEx, DHL, UPS...)

Good luck on your journey

Bruno

I sent my docs and passport sized photo from Russia to the USA by UPS - $70 and three business days with possibility of tracking your envelope online. Thinking Italy is closer, the price should be lower... Good luck.

Definately by the most reliable and trused service you have (not familiar with regular mail in Italy and its relaibility)

I prefer to use Fed-Ex but I am dealing with Vietnam where regular mail goes missing far to often.

When I sent the interview backup package to my fiance, I used DHL. It was 3.7 lbs and cost me $72. The same package sent FedEx would have set me back $120. The trick with DHL is you have to find one of their shipping centers. . .

Fedex or UPS. Currently UPS is cheapest from Russia, I just had some documents sent to us from there a couple weeks ago. Check out the rates. Regular mail is fine if you are not in a hurry.
