Hey Everyone

I hope I'm not getting prematurely excited but does "Document production or Oath Ceremony" mean our I 130 was approved?????

Does it say that under your I-130 receipt number? It sure sounds like your I-130 was approved!

We received our I-130 approval in the mail, but USCIS status online still shows Initial Review

Congratulations! Hopefully, you'll be receiving the hard copy of the I-130 approval in the mail soon. :thumbs:

Yes, it means your I-130 is approved if it also says the status is approval notice sent. It also means USCIS is through with your case, not that you've skipped the Consular interview or the NVC processing that comes AFTER USCIS approval.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
