I am just wondering On NVC web-site its clearly written that applicant should submit DS-230 (part I and II) together, part I signed and Part II unsigned as per instruction. But i have seen some people are only submitting DS-230 part I to NVC while others are submitting Part I and II together to NVC.i know its consulate specific and every country has different rule regarding this!i clicked on my consulate office that is Dhaka on NVC web-site and its showing no consulate specific information found!so what should i do in this case?should i submit DS-230 (I and II) together or just the DS-230 part I to NVC?now really confused :(

DS-230 Part I and Part II, to NVC.

K-1's submit DS-230, Part I Only, to the US Embassy - maybe that's where the confusion comes from ? Check 'those people you are seeing' - make sure of the Visa Type.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !

This is normal - when the ds-3032 is put in the casefile, the IV fee bill shows up to be paid.

No need to wait, go ahead and pay it. A few days later, you'll see the IV Coversheet - print that out, put it with the DS-230 and civil documents, and mail it into NVC.

Good Luck !

future RFE ? Not Me - hopefully some one else can chime in.

I'm a fan of 'being complete' when putting a packet together, so I won't have much info on 'what to do' for RFEs, as it's totally opposite thinking for me.

You might want to read all pages at http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/153307-the-stupid-rfe-thread/ , see if any of it applies to yer casefile whilst it's at NVC.
