Do we both need G-325A form

I am american, my love is Jamaican....Do we both have to fill out and sign the G-325A form to summit with the K-1 I-294. Or do I just have to send it. He's filling it out now because I thought he did have to too. Now I'm not sure

Hi,

If you're filling for a K1 visa you indeed need to send 2 G-325a forms, 1 for the USC and 1 for the foreign fiancé(e) (see K1 guide here)

Though, I don't know what I-294 is???

Yes you need to submit a G325A for each of you. In addition, they both should have original signatures so thet will require it to be completed and mailed to you from your honey.

While that is being done, don't forget to have the letter of intent made up and sent too. No sense in sending two separate mailings.

Yes, one from each and if you're not sure of this already, I suggest you download and carefully study the I-129F instruction so you don't miss anything else.

Yes.

I presume you mean the I-129f used for fiancee visas, not an I-294

Yes I-129F ..Thanks everyone. I had dout when it asked for city...Cuz he lives in a perish. So where city was he put St. Mary. I really think I can do this. It's just scary sometimes. i don't want to make on little mistake.
