Hi! Me and my fiance got married last May 1. And we are already applying for her change of status. My question is, she have a 3 year old son included on the petition and he was left in the Philippines. We can't get him yet then because we decided it would be better for my wife to get adjusted before her son comes. We planned on getting him by December though, because my wife's visa was approved last February and we were told that it is better to get her son within one year from the approval date of her visa. What should we do now? Do we need to file for another petition? Or does her son just need to undergo the medical exam and interview? What paperworks do we need to send her family in the Philippines to show that the child is included in the petition?
