What path are you following? K-1, K-3, CR-1?

You only mention sending a I-129f but you posted in the CR-1 spouse visa procedures forum.

6/15/2009 Filed I-129F

12/15/2009 Interview (HCMC, VN)

1/16/2010 POE Detroit

3/31/2010 MARRIED !!!

11/20/2010 Filed I-485

12/23/2010 Biometrics (Buffalo, NY)

12/31/2010 I-485 Transfered to CSC

2/4/2011 Green Card received

1/7/2013 Mailed I-751 package

1/14/2013 I-751 NOA (VSC)

2/07/2013 Biometrics (Buffalo, NY)

As far as i know, K1 visa holders, only allow you to come to USA and get marry, after that you will need to do

Adjustmen of status, EAD, and all this thinks to become a LPR.

Oh, sorry, I applied for the K1 visa

Received the NoA1 on 2/22/10

just got approved for the NoA2 on 05/18

Waiting on the paper.

I am trying to understand the next step, so i read i have to wait for the packet3,

and they talk about some payments, do i have to pay those too or they where included in the application ,

if i do have to pay, how much do i have to pay ?
