Question about marking documents with case numbers

I did this at the NVC, but should I mark all documents with case numbers for my wife and child for intial interview? Or should I just leave them they way there are without any case numbers on them?

Also, I have to get these papers out over the weekend to make sure that my wife gets them by around the 25th. What courier service would be the best. I have used LBC in the past which worked pretty good, although it takes about ten days to get to the philippines from U.S.A. I know most people use Fedex, and they deliver there, but I am little nervous about Fedex because they deliver straight to her address which is way out in a rural area and I am afraid something might happen to the papers. LBC has a center she could pick them up in the largest city where my wife lives.

I am not sure about marking documents, we didn't do that when we did it last year.

However, we used Fedex at least 4 times that I remember in the past and never had a issue at all. If I remember correctly it took about 6 days to get there. My wife also lived rural in the province and never had a issue. The drivers there will find her with no problem, as long as your have the correct barangay listed. Good luck!

LBC and FedEx has both the same good rep in terms of courier service. The last one deliver faster, however.
